RCG power plant division has put in service more than 30 power plants.
Our dedicated teams of managers, designers, engineers, foremen and linesmen consistently work together to oversee network infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, and according to budget.
Our partners are, but not limited to, Ansaldo, Alstom, SNC La Valin, Iberdrolla, Siemens, SKD Algeria and PEC Yemen.
Oil & Gas
Overview
RCG USA has a big experience in onshore oil and gas field development and processing terminals including Gathering Lines, Manifolds, Gas-oil separation plants (GOSPs), Pumping and compression stations, etc...
Due to the market demands and to the world's constant development, RCG USA relies on a large scale pipeline construction set-up to design and build it, knowing that RCG USA can go beyond; undertaking field surveys, design and procurement: turn-key pipeline projects.
Scope of work
RCG USA provides the following services to onshore oil and gas field development:
- Project Management and Site Development
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction
- Commissioning and Start-up
- Long- term operations and maintenance
Traction
Founded in 2003, RCG traction (rail trains) division provides technical and managerial services. Its first project was supporting ALSTOM Traction Department by providing site engineers and technicians on its diesel engine locomotive projects. Our first project was the AD33C in Syria.
Other projects executed were AD32C in Siri Lanka, AD43C in Iran, BB460000's shunting locomotive between France and Spain, and BB475000 2 MW diesel engine in France.
Variable Speed Drives
In this division, RCG provide service engineers for commissioning and troubleshooting Low Voltage Drive and Medium Voltage Drives for different application like SFC (Static Frequency converters), Starter/Helper for gas turbines and compressors, and even Pumped Storage power plants.
Electrical Substations
RCG electrical substation division has put into service 25 AS and GIS substations.
Our construction activities range from one-off projects to fully managed turnkey construction programs, depending on the individual needs of our clients.
RCG has achieved these projects with its partners: Energo-Invest, Alstom and Siemens.
Electrolysis
RCG Electrolysis division provides specialized engineers that troubleshoot and commission sub-stations for aluminum electrolysis pot lines. Also, we execute pre-tests and maintenance, along with any sub-equipment technical issues.
